Zero tolerance
WhatLabs has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity, and to complying with the Bribery Act 2010 and all applicable anti-corruption laws wherever we operate.
What this means
- We do not offer, give, solicit or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper payments of any kind.
- We do not make facilitation payments.
- Gifts and hospitality must be reasonable, proportionate, transparent and never intended to improperly influence a decision.
- We apply proportionate due diligence to partners, suppliers and intermediaries.
Raising concerns
Anyone — staff, partners or the public — who suspects bribery or corruption connected to WhatLabs should report it confidentially to hello@whatlabs.org. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
